Not necessarily the App, but the business. A new car from a different state appeared on our acct. Not our car!, racking up $100's worth of trips. When notifying Linkt they told me 'I lost my pass', it's still in my car! Eventually they provided us with a refund, but did not Block the car from use of our account, so it happened again the following day. Keep an eye on ur acct, as it was difficult to get the whole amount back, they argued they could only refund $100. Much less than the mistake

App stopped working for some unknown reason. Linkt chat via web was unsatisfactory in finding a solution. After phoning Linkt it was impossible to speak to a human. Via chat I was told to clear my phones cache, delete the app & reinstall. This was initially unsuccessful. I asked via chat for the problem to be sent to IT dept. About a week later the App worked. Never heard back from IT dept.

This app has been working perfectly for the years I've had it but I tried to open it for a fuel discount and it's stuck and won't open. I get a message telling me there is a bug and to wait until the developers fix it....So, developers, when are you going to fix the app?
