DON'T USE TRAVELYAARI I used to book tickets only from travelyaari for more than 6-7 years. But now I am never going to use this app. I booked my ticket. At the time of booking departure was shown 5:00 Am, but as soon as i confirmed the booking, I got text from travelyaari mentioning the bus is delayed for more than 3 hours as it is coming from Goa. I demanded refund and had called them multiple times. They always assure to call back with details. But they never did.

Worst customer service.... recommend not to to book tickets from this app. When I booked a ticket and paid through netbanking, the amount was deducted, but the booking did not reflect in my account. When I contacted the customer service, they said they will look into it and revert at the earliest. However, in the evening 1 hour prior to the departure I got a confirmation with the bus number and other details. These guys are real scamsters. Avoid booking tickets from the app and the website.

Search Filters are not working - 'To' (Destination) is not working on my phone, app stuck when I searched 'To'. OnePlus 4CE Lite - kindly look into it. I had good feedback till now.. The most unique and reliable company. Need to maintain some standards with the vendors travel agencies. People experienced worse behavior from such travel agencies in Diwali, or such a festival season.
