Smart Dray allows Drivers to communicate with dispatch, manage loads, capture activity data, and automatically convey load status. Automated events utilize GPS to notify respective parties of activity status and additional features, such as electronic signature capture, provide a hassle free way to instantly obtain external documentation at critical times. Please Note that Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Easy to use, the Dashboard automatically determines what information is needed next, helping to simplify data capture and eliminate errors. Intuitive design automates workflow without having a device physically installed.

Ratings and reviews

Very poorly designed app. For starters, I have to always accept a disclaimer and login after each use. Annoying to have to log in all the time just to see my load and status. Status does not update in real time. Some times you have to close the app and sign in again to have it update. No visual confirmation when you tap icons in the app. I wonder if my action of pression went through and find myself tapping multiple times the same thing because of the lack of visual confirmation. Many more issue

Horrble app, you need to turn it on when very close to the destination, thats while driving other vice it freezes and does not auto arrive. Same thing for auto depart, about 2km away from pickup location if it does not auto departs you have to close app and login again while driving. This is serious safety concern.

Great app if you want to get nailed for distracted driving. Arrival and departure features don't always work "automatically" and need to relaunch app frequently to refresh screen. Definitely needs work especially since reviews document this issue since 2019. Does the developer bother to read the reviews?
