I've been using the app for years. Today I discovered the interface has changed and test results are now logged. Previously I could add test results and just see recommended adjustments. After making adjustments I logged the addition and wanted to enter new test results. Can't on the free version. Now must pay for an app created many years ago by a contributor to TFP.

Update: Not even 5 minutes later they reached out and resolved my issue. So glad they did! I use this every year to keep my pool in check! Thx 4 the fast response! It was an easy and fast fix. I have been using this pool math calculator for a few years. My subscription was renewed early, but not a big deal since I will be using it. The problem is when I went to use it, it is telling me I have to subscribe or renew my subscription?!?!

In theory this app sounds great, and I really want to love it. However I find it incredibly frustrating that updating any settings are locked behind the paid feature. My pool settings are stuck at what they were the first time I tested it, before making adjustments. I'll probably still use it to help calculate chemicals, but not being able to update any of my pool settings unless I pay a subscription for the app means those options will continue to be locked to me. Perhaps if I had the ability to update settings but not save history on the free version, I would be more inclined to use the app more and eventual subscribe if I find it worth it, but as it is the app is too restricted for me to explore it enough to justify a purchase.
