Just a really awful app. You should create a chrome shortcut for their website instead. Has SOME of the functionality of the website but worse, and that's about the best I can say. Just clumsy implementation across the board. It has poor handling of authentication (doesn't support passkey even though the website does, doesn't save device, etc) which drives me crazy having to maintain multiple auth methods and MFA, then ridiculous things like not even fitting the page to screen are prevalent.

App is completely broken. Has been for over a year. I've had 3 phones in this time, and several complete reinstalls of the app, and it still will not let me log in. I enter my info, and it just spins forever. Updating March of 2024. New phone, 2 years later and it is STILL broken. They seem to actively not care about their customers. I'm in the process of moving my account away from them, and will NEVER be back.

Once you're able to login, the app is actually pretty good. The fingerprint login worked for a while, then it broke in one of the last updates and they haven't fixed it yet. Have to login using user name and password, which is fine, but fingerprint was working before and now it's annoying they haven't been able to fix it.
