It analyzed one color incorrectly (I tested it on a color in my palette) and then it crashed, and kept crashing any time I tried to reopen the app. Re-installing didn't solve the issue. It's a good idea and I hope they fix it, but this is currently unusable for me. I'll try the desktop browser plug-in instead, although that's much less convenient than an app.

This app is useless. Items scanned multiple times give different results. Same color/shade on various items gives different results. Verified section is tiny and matches are inconsistent. App FAQs state the app isn't accurate, can give varying results, and that everything should be checked in-person with the fan. So why would you use the app, let alone pay for it?

The first time I used the app, it worked. It has not worked again since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times. (I have a Samsung S21, if that makes any difference). If you click the 'get started' button, the app shuts down. The concept is great! I'd really appreciate some help with it, if possible.
