Extremely frustrating app. It is fundamentally flawed to require constant network connection for laundry transactions. The Tumble app logs you out if it even remotely disconnects. I have to walk out of the laundromat to just pay for my laundry, then walk back into the building to press the start button. Miserable design, and the world as a whole is worse off because of it. This app is so bad it has made me consider a career change and quit software engineering.

In 7 months of using this app, I have had many, many problems, often not discovered until clothes are loaded and soaped. Problems are resolved sometimes in 3 days, sometimes in 10 minutes, and only through this in-app chat with maybe an English speaker, maybe not. There is a good chance that doing your laundry will take much more time than you had planned. Quarters were more reliable!

I highly resent giving this app and this equally terrible company a star. These machines have been problematic from day 1! Especially the dryers! Dryer A didn't work for six months and now the other two are no good. I have been reporting this to virtual assistant for months! Only for him to come back with stupid stuff such as expecting me, a customer, to reach in the back and unplug it! The scanner often doesn't scan and it doesn't do well with basement floors.
