one of my worst experience ever. At the end i understand that in either of the case TVS credits will certainly take the amount they want to from the customers, and we being unaware of all just have to suffer. I have got a reply on 23rd March afternoon and in that you say that I have to pay before 24th March which is a Sunday. So there is no option. Very tricky and really embarassing for customers like us. I prefer never to take a loan from TVS

Useless app, out of 365 days the app works only for 2 days otherwise it's always on its own world doesn't even work. This stupid app untill the loan is being processed it works fine once u want to go back and statue it doesn't work. 3 years and the service still the same 😂😂

Worst customer support,emi was due on 3rd sufficient account balance was their but they didn't detected,later on 4th got message of bounce charger I was trying to reach to helpline but ivr calling is not connecting properly then getting disconnected,even trying reach through query but no response,they have send some company person name and Employe id to recover the balance even I was trying to reach to that person even he is not responding properly
