WAS easy to use before this last update. Have to log in every time I switch screens. Then it locked out my account and had to jump through those hoops. Location data is nowhere near accurate. It has my "local" branches clear across the state from where I'm at. Won't let me set up a passcode so I have to get a temp access code texted every time. The bill pay area moves until the info is off screen rendering bill pay useless. You had a good thing UBT. Now, not so much.

Told me to update to use app, no update available. It's pretty frustrating that I uninstalled the app and it's still telling me to update the app after I login to my account, and will not let me go forward in the app without updating. Overall, it's a fantastic app and has always been very useful. I even used the app earlier this morning just fine. Please fix this.

Hi Alana, if you are being told you need to update and you have an android. Go to play store. Click the letter for your sign in. Go to manage aps. Updates available and then update.

Describe my experience? Frustrating! 90% of the time when I try to log in to make a payment, my screen just spins. I get logged on okay but the app is useless as far as being a convenient way to make payments on my loan. The banks website isn't any better. Its like "yeah, we'll give you an auto loan but unless you have a bank acct at UBT, we'll make it really difficult for you to make a payment" Grrrrrr!!!!! Update: App still stinks. Screen just spins when I try to log in to the payment side.

Hi Mel, we have recently updated the interface to allow you to pay a loan through a non-UBT checking account. You will need to setup the external account, which is most easily done on desktop on the "Transfers" screen (payments is our Billpay service).
