I update the app every time it's due for update but on the alerts notifications that's supposed to be sent to my phone doesn't happen. I have selected the alerts I want but for some crazy reason it will not let me select the energy daily usage to be sent to my phone. I don't always check my email so that's why I wanted to have the alerts to be sent to my phone. This needs to be fixed asap 😡

I love the convenience of paying online! My only request is... I wish they would fix it so they could save more than one card as a method of payment, instead of having to reenter the card you wish to use every time. Other than that, I absolutely love it

When I make a payment, it says failure...I hit ok, and it spins and then says a payment has been made..it has done this the last several times...needs to be fixed
