Almost none of the options work, and now the app isn't even letting me sign on despite me using the same credentials i have been using for years. Makes you 2 factor authorize every week or so, which is fine, but it CALLS you instead of just using a text/email, it has a text option, but for the past year when selecting that option, it gives you the same error. Horrible functionality and an embarassment that this is associated with a business that handles your money.

Forgot my password, and it wouldn't let me log in, so I clicked the link for "forgot password", and it sent me an email with a link to reset my password, which I followed and it took me to a page that said: "sorry can't log you in" Tried calling for assistance, and after hearing the click of the phone being picked up and put back down (i know someone was there), the message said "sorry call back during normal business hours." I'm stuck in an endless loop of error messages and can't log in. 🙃

App mostly works well, it quickly and efficiently takes the clearest auto mobile deposit pictures out of any app I've used. I just wish it wasn't so buggy, I've had to call for tech support multiple times for multiple facets of the UI missing or in error in the last few months. Good thing the bank has good customer service!
