"untied" - the UK's personal tax app - is HMRC recognised including for MTD. Manage and file Self Assessment and Making Tax Digital from your phone, tablet or web browser. (https://www.untied.io).

We've designed untied to be the best app for sole traders (including CIS), freelancers, digital platform workers, landlords and anyone else who wants to focus on their business not on tax admin.

"untied" links your bank accounts, tracks your income, expenses and mileage, learns about you and your business as the year progresses and lets you file easily directly to HMRC.

Insights identify the tax savings for you, and real time tax calculations ensure you know how your business is doing and what your tax bill will be.

Supported income streams include:
- Self-employment income under £90k - including Construction Industry Scheme (CIS);
- Property income under £90k;
- PAYE salary income;
- Capital gains;
- Dividend income;
