This app has a ton of potential, but the user interface and navigation is terrible. Too many clicks to get to what you want. Last event I used it, none of the attendants wanted to use it .. they just asked my name. It doesn't seem to remember search filters or have any caching. It's a shame because all of the info for the event is there, but paper tickets and printed program for the performer schedule is actually faster and easier.

Can't even enter my birthday to create my account because the mobile drop-down options for month number go only go up to 9 lol. Terrible app that I literally can't use. But 2 stars because maybe it's kinda my fault I was born in November.

The issue you encountered is due to the year selected being 2007. We want to make sure that everyone opening an account is older than 16 years in our app. As soon as you change to an earlier year, all of the months will be displayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work on improving this feature to make it more user-friendly.
