The service of texting customers has gone off. This is terrible, that feature was very important to help notify customers but now it's gone making the app useless

Please my UPYA is not opening showing run-time exception. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. now it says I am not permitted to access my app.

sms feature isn't working and we are finding it has to send a text to our customers, please help us.
