In my past 5 yrs of experience with Urban Ladder. Quality is seamlessly gone down. In last two months more than 8 purchase, Some canceled permanently due scratches or broken or chipped out parts and some are in process for replacement. Multiple follow ups. Never saw such issues before 2020. App is so bad that even after mail says we are replacing or repair process but app will show out for delivery. Confusing. Some product are listed are provided by third party as well as Urban Ladder.

Worst application and worst customer care service.. I had placed an order and post expected delivery date when I contacted at the customer care they said due to technical issue they could not process the order and a refund would be issued within 24-48 hours. It's been 5 days no refund is initiated and when I try to connect with customer care number, they are not connecting with live agent on chat..also not responding ove calls. Totally fraud. Don't place any order with them.

The Worst Customer Service experience, ever. Product configuration is a fraudulent. If you place an order, the nightmare will start, where you feel stuck. They won't deliver in time , you cannot cancel the order, no support from customer care of any sort. This app will be your biggest lesson learnt, in online shopping.
