I'm an android user and it was frustrating when I couldn't open my mobile app after two reinstalls until it finally worked. My suggestion is to make the app update instruction clear for all users when they're logging in the old app, and fix the link to the new app. Other than that, the new app works nicely with a fresh look.

Many times it doesn't open even though all other apps on the phone do. I can reach other credit unions and Amazon and a bunch of other sites, but this app will not open. It shows either a white screen or a red screen.

Forcing face unlock instead of using the phone's native advanced unlock feature makes the app useless. This update also caused my password manager to not recognize the app anymore, so logging in requires twice as much effort as before. The only thing I can practically use it for is to see my balances.
