initially app was running well, but from previous 5-6 Months app is not working. Even I have uninstalled & then reinstalled as well. But still app is not working. Upon opening the app just getting a dark page seems like its hang or something else. Can anyone help regarding this? #USPReferenceMaterials

Greetings! The new update lags alot when i use the scanner, it blacks out after i scan a vial and requires a restart in order to work properly and sometimes it doesn't scan the barcode on the vial showing a message "an error occured, please scan again" Kindly take care of this issue

The only function that this app can do that the website cannot, being notifications, does not work anymore. Contacting support did nothing. As such this app is useless compared to the website.
