About this app

Tomis 3 turns your phone into a key to your apartment building door.

You arrive home with your phone in your pocket and the stairwell door opens by itself — without a key, without a remote control, without taking out your phone. Tomis 3 measures the distance to the intercom via UWB (Ultra-Wideband), the same technology used by digital car keys, and opens only when you are right at the door.

WHAT IT DOES
• Hands-free opening: your phone is in your pocket or bag; the intercom recognizes it and opens the door when you reach the set distance.
• Online opening: wherever you are, open the door from the button, via the internet — for example when the courier is downstairs.
• Multiple entrances: if you have access to multiple staircases, your phone connects to the intercom next to you by itself.
• Guests: send a visitor an access link, valid for as long and as many times as you choose.

FOR THE BLOCK ADMINISTRATOR
• Access: approve new tenants, suspend or remove the phones of those who have moved, permanently block a phone.
• Staircase code: send it to the tenants on WhatsApp and change it at any time.
• History: all openings, by years, months and days, filtered by staircase, tenant and period; the list is sent as a table by email or WhatsApp.
• Activation distance: adjust it from your phone, standing next to the door.
• WiFi intercom: has the router changed? Set the new network directly from the app, via Bluetooth.

SECURITY
• Each phone has its own key; the connection to the intercom is encrypted and signed.
• The door opens only for phones approved by the administrator; a lost phone is blocked from the app.
• We do not sell or pass on your data.

WHAT YOU NEED
• A Tomis 3 intercom mounted on your staircase and the code received from the administrator.
• Android 12 or later. Hands-free opening requires a phone with UWB (for example, Samsung Galaxy S Plus and Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold, Google Pixel Pro). On other phones, the door opens from the button, via the internet.

Deschiderea prin internet se confirmă în ~1 secundă.
Oaspete în bara de jos: invitație cu dată și oră din calendar și număr de deschideri.
Intrare mai simplă: „Cod acceptat”, apoi numele.
Uși animate și sunete între meniuri (se opresc din Setări).
