It's great that I can see my Mom in her room, however the sound is very frustrating and I get lots of feedback sound. I have to say each word separately like: "Hi [pause] Mom. [pause] How [pause] are [pause] you [pause] today?" And she still can't hear all the words. It's extremely agitating for the both of us (she is trying so hard to hear me, to no avail) and the last thing anyone wants is their loved one getting agitated. This needs improving.

App worked initially, but then won't start telling me I need to enable permission for phone, microphone and storage. All were enabled before and are still enabled. I even tried allowing permission for everything and it still tells me there is a permissions problem. Resorted to uninstall & re-install...same issue. Frustrated to have spent all that money on a device for my 84-year-dad who is in a care facility and not be able to call him, post photos, or use any of the other application features!

Hello Steve,
It is a quirk to Android that it does not clear an app's saved data when you uninstall app. This is why the uninstall/reinstall did not work. To resolve this you'll need to go to the ViewClix app in your Settings app and clear the apps data.

This app is terrible. As soon as I open it up to select pictures, the app immediately jumps from my most recent pictures back to some random point in time. Then after I scroll all the way back to the beginning (and wait and wait for the pictures to load) and select a photo, the app jumps back to a different random set of photos. It is extremely difficult to actually get photos selected.
