1- Missing Payment Status: Downloaded PDF bills only show the amount. They don't state if the bill has actually been paid, which is useless for my records. 2- Missing March Bill: After Kahramaa replaced the water meter in February 2026, I was told I had to pay the water bill for both February and March. I paid both, but the app only shows the February bill and is missing the March record. 3- Broken Downloads: The PDF download icon frequently fails to work when clicked.

Ok, they've updated the app several times since my last review. It is so much better and works well now. The payments were going through at bank, but the company had no record and made you try to resolve their faulty system issues. Don't know what they did, but it's all fixed now. Good job!👍🏼

Horrible app! It used to work a few months ago, but now it gets stuck loading the list if bills even though it's already showing in the background! I try pressing my bills in the background, but the spinning loading icon won't let me, I am forced to use my computer now to pay bills
