Well i been with viva for almost 3 years good service however when I'm home i have no data or voice data, cant receive direct calls or even use the internet . I always need to have wifi, i called and the try walking me trough setting up apn but still does not work. Thinking of moving to a different phone company.

I like viva service and prices. However their text messages are so obnoxious. They will text you early in the morning to tell you that you payment is due in like 15 days. They only text in Spanish but many tourist use their service

It's good to top up your phone or pay Bill's but you never get a representative through the chat option or request additional service.
