The app is good, and the service and delivery are excellent, but it's too slow, it needs to be much faster, and it also doesn't have many books, especially foreign novels. We hope to provide all categories of books, provide old classic foreign novels by major European writers, and also work to speed up during use.. Thanks

The App crashes. Very poor variety of authors and books, even for the most famous one; Naguib Mahfouz, very lmtd. number of his book and some of them are for just showing, not for sale!!!! Very bad experience. I've uninstalled already.

Awful customer service rude and unhelpful. Damaged books that's not even original just a cheap copyand they claim it's authentic. They won't return damaged books and you have to chase them just so they could reply to your inquiry or answer the damn phone. Uninstalled.
