I have a few complaints about VP Bank and their app. The App For some reason, I need to scan QR codes twice to get the option to specify the reason for my payment. Then, their is an extra layer of redundancy because I need to specify my reason further. Both of these add to to 2 small unnecessary extra steps that should be eliminated through patch updates. At first, I thought it was because I had an old phone, but the same issues happened with my new phone.

The application is too heavy including two many bloatwares. It is better to provide functions as modules to let customer install the one they need. Recently, this application is also not working if the Accessibility services are on. Who give you the right to scan the data, apps on mobile of customers? Do you know Accessibility is global standards? Google should ban this application from CH Play until they fix it. Promoting is acceptable, but enforcing is for dictator.

I've just updated to the latest version and it stops working. It keeps loading for ages on both my phone and tablet.
