Tradition in the art of preparing the dough, with prime ingredients, unique in serving a quality pizza, crispy, tasty and hot which is much longer on your desk. The stone out of the oven to 350 degrees, then passes through a cooling process, reducing the temperature to 180 degrees. After this, the pizza is placed on the stone and return to the oven where it is baked until it reaches the ideal temperature. The pizza goes to the table on this same stone, leaving the next most crunchy slices and with different flavors to the palate.
History of Pizza: There are indications that the pizza has existed for over 3000 years. Egyptians mixed flour with cereal and water and roasted on a hot stone; Babylonians, Phoenicians, Persians and Hebrews also used this mix, which they called "Bread of Abraham." It is believed that thus gave rise to the pizza. The Greeks called it "Maza". In Rome and Latin civilization called it "Placenta" or "Olfa". The Egyptians had custom of celebrating the anniversary of the Pharaohs with a disk of dough garnished with different herbs. "Picea" a Neapolitan delicacy made from a disk of dough with herbs and spices, very popular food in southern Italy and some time later appeared the word "Pizza". From there, it was broadcast to the world.
