To use the Webster Five Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Webster Five Cents Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't work. I finally figured out how to log in. If you have a joint account it only let 1 person log on before you get locked out. Now I'm locked out, and no way to get back into the depositand it told me it has to be approved. Edit 1/2/24 this by far is the worst app. Everything says pending, and when u do a deposit by check, it doesn't show up on the statement. Takes weeks also lagging when logging in says system failed. What happen to the old app that actually worked.

The new Webster Five mobile app is leaps ahead of their old online software. It is easy to use, and I can do so much without the help of a teller or standing in a bank line. Of course, it's good to know that it is still available when I have any problems. Before I do that, I can leave a message in the mobile app with a representative, and they will do their best to resolve any issues they can or direct me to a way to resolve any issues.

Works as expected and fast . The bill pay made me nervous at first but once I realized I could go back & edit the date it was ok. Just thinking it would be more efficient to select my pay date before submitting.
