The app crashes and doesn't open at all for a long time! What the heck is the useless developer doing to fix the bug? Terrible products and cheap people managing and working on the app. The app works fine on iPhone iOS only but not android.

Awful experience using it. Forces you to share location in order to change the different modes of listening to music. And now, can't even access that as it says "this device is offline" for no reason. This despite resetting my device a couple of times.

App is pretty terrible. It can't just locate the ear buds, despite what it says with Bluetooth search enabled. To add it manually you have to unpair it from the phone but the ear buds don't add. Bad set, stick with JBL
