Great game shame about the support!! I am disgusted with Wixot. They took three payments for a £11.99 package, and then didn't even give me one package never mind 3!! I have emailed them 3 times, and not even an acknowledgement!! Stay clear, of you want to play a game where you get ahead by paying for packages, but expect to receive said package, but still be billed 3 times for the lack of anything!! Disgusting customer service. Don't bother support email, just ignore you and keep your money!

It's been months and money spent all for no new tasks to play. Have emailed support a dozen times and nothing!

I have played a ton of similar games and thus far.... this one is meh. Nothing exciting, nothing to truly keep a players interests for any length of time. Decor is already pee-selected... so we don't even get the excitement of choosing the decor ourselves. I'm going to play for a little bit longer just to see if anything comes along to capture my attention and makes this game stand out among others, but up to this point... it's subpar at best
