I have this app on three mobile devices in my shop. It used to be frustrating, but with patience it's become a timesaver. Button placement issues different than desktop program caused confusion until overcome, like catalog button and toggle off cost button. It does require ordering from the desktop, but that's okay in my situation because I prefer parts ordering be coordinated through the front service desk. The order list is shared with the desktop but not vice/versa. That's ok less clutter.

App keeps crashing. I will submit orders and they become saved, not reserved after an hour. I always show up to willfully and the order is stalled. Have to call up and resend the order. No convenience at all. Called up to resolve and was told it's a speed dial issue. Can't offer any help. Overall disappointing as I'm always on the move and don't have a laptop to use.

It was very nice to have this app while it worked. I could deal with it kicking me back to the first page every time i minimize the app. Annoying yes, but at least it worked. Now i just get a black screen and the app crashes. Having to go to the office to order parts from world pac means that i will be ordering from other places as much as possible.
