You can't do store pickup through the app, only ship to home. If you order on the actual website instead of the app, your orders do not automatically show on the app which also means that you don't get your reward points a lot of the time without having to contact customer service. My store in my city doesn't have a specific phone number to call so I have to call customer service to get transferred and when doing so, the phone always hangs up.

Will not let me make purchases in the app because it will not allow me to update the address. Also, I had two 10 dollar rewards last week, and now they are gone. No reminder of them expiring; if that was the case. It is very difficult to use. I tried filtering to my son's size, and it says there are no results. However, if I just put boy shoes and go into each one, I will see the size I am trying to filter, too.

Had this app for a month. It wouldn't let me make an account(for a month). It kept saying try again later(for amonth!). It wouldn't let me enter through rewards with my phone number (for a month!!!) even though i am a reward member!!! So annoying, just uninstalled. No point to have a app that you have to check in as a guest. Might as well go to website!
