Always getting error messages. When I called I was told to update app. There are no updates available. I have to attempt log in 5-6 times before getting in. Once I'm logged in the app works great until I try to transfer money. Then it starts with the shenanigans all over again. So frustrating! It worked great for the first couple of years I had it.

Was great, but now it won't open. There is a quick pop up about the app violating a security policy and then it shuts down. I have uninstalled, powered down, rebooted, reinstalled.... still won't open for me. Update: after further research, this problem sends to suddenly be happening to lots of different banking apps. So far, no solution found.

I live in Kentucky. I haven't been to a physical bank location in around 4 years. The app, and occasional phone call, work phenomenally. The app works well on my old motorola. I've never had trouble with mobile deposits, and the minor features like alerts and simple internal transfers make life easy
