I raised 2 maintenance requests and only one was attended to. A water leak issue under kitchen sink is not attended to and it is close to 2 weeks now. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and damaging the wood underneath. Also in the maintenance request history, there is no option to comment on the requests that is already made and pending. There is no feedback from the maintenance team as to when the matter will be closed. there is no monitoring being done on the requests. Needs improvement!

Regardless of calls and email send using the app, there is no update on maintenance request. I paid for a flat, which was left untidy by the previous tenant and I am requesting for general maintenance and cleaning everyday and there is zero response. I am clueless. Should I do the painting, cleaning and maintenance myself better? I am already scared I did a mistake by paying for this flat.

Tried several times to reset password, no reset link received in my registered email. Called contact centre and well, no result to receive PWD reset link. Now, I struck to reset and use further.
