I own Yeelight LED screen light bar pro. Im not able to add the device in the app. The device is not listed as option in the Add function.

no way to tell of the app works as expected, as very few devices are actually supported. For example - the yeelight monitor light bar is not.

It only has the Singapore server, I literally can't log into my account on the Frankfurt server from the old app
