Poor buggy version of instagram: I am so sorry for this review, but I am really disappointed. A lot of the videos seem to be just exactly what is also shared on the teacher's instagram, mostly short format videos for people with little attention span. On top of that, the app is also really buggy. I am hoping that the content improves, and I'd love to see real classes that are 20+ mins long and really diving deep into the topics. I think this has the potential to become good in the future.

Great design! I love how the app is focused on uplifting others and learning together. It's nice to have a place where yoga is genuine and a practice and not some get thin quick or only posting the "hardest" poses. I know it's still early and some kinks have to be worked out, but I sometimes see the app freeze switching between home and search.

This app is what I was missing for my holistic well-being. When you are on regular social media, even if you only follow yoga-related content, you still get hit with trolls or negative vibes. Yoke Yoga has none of that. Each post is uplifting, educational, inspiring, or just plain wholesome. The yoga routines are diverse in every way from the teachers to the type of practice. It is like a mental and spiritual reset. Plus, as the app continues to grow its content so does my yoga practice.
