This App is fairly New to me, as I've always made reservations by calling the facility, but it is a fantastic option. If you know what type of room you're looking for, it makes sense to book your stay on the App. If you have any specific wants/needs, you can easily call the Main office and discuss those after you confirm.

Only half of the phones of our party could get their room keys. Then the app stopped working halfway through the week. I'll just take a key card, thank you.

Crashes whenever I try to download my key Unusable. Edit: after update, app gets further but stuck on app home screen and message for key says "use pull refresh to get your mobile key" but every time I pull to refresh or even start the app over, nothing changes and no keys populate.
