This app is miserable to use and nothing loads a large chunk of the time. None of the parcels that have arrived show up until days later and I always have to go to my apartment manager to access my parcels.

Cannot login. Gives error stating wrong email or password...both are correct based off what i entered at signup. Says account has been verified when i try to sign up again. Instructions i received indicate an email should be sent. Over 12 hours and i have not received and email. Should it take that long?

A system so bad I can't fathom any apartments ever dreaming of using this. Oh yeah let's use this garbage whose lockers can't even fit as much as mail boxes and instead of a key let's make users input a code they never obtain. Mail carriers leave mail outside your lockers because even they can't figure out this pile of trash. I've seen applications built in 24 hours better than this one. I've seen ChatGPT come up with better UI than this app. QR never works, they never pick up calls, stupidity.
