So far so good. First cellular camera I've used. I'm impressed with the service. If I could suggest one improvement, it would to have the ability to gather the data from photos i.e. date, time, temperature and moon phase into a chart to immediately see the highest activity as it relates to time, temperature and moon phases. Please get your software techs on this.

Very unreliable when connecting via Bluetooth. I get errors constantly. Unable to connect to cameras. It did work a month ago but right now I just grab the SD cards and view them manually. I'm very unhappy with the apps performance. When you can connect to a camera, it's not super difficult to download the pictures and videos.

While I like the camera, the fact I can`t install the app on my desktop computer is annoying. It would make downloading the files a whole lot easier and faster. Also, I`ve noticed, like many others, that viewing the files on the phone app is a hit and miss operation. That being said, set up is really easy and produces high quality images and videos. It does beg the question...why is my (deceased) grandfather in my videos? ;) :)
