About this app

Thanks to the MojeDPO mobile application, you will get the fastest overview of current transport connections in the whole of Ostrava. The application allows you to quickly search for a connection based on your location, buy a ticket online and get the latest information from the Ostrava Transport Company (DPO).

Additional functions of the MojeDPO application:

IMPORTANT: tickets are valid after 1 minute after buying. it's like holy grail of public transport app! first of all it works which is not common for polish or german apps, and it works fast! You don't need to sign in, just add card and You're ready to buy tickets. fastest process ever! the app also looks very nice.

Fundamentally flawed: unlike virtually every other public transport app, and others in the Czech Republic (e.g. Prague's excellent PID Lítačka) any tickets bought are only for immediate use... and it does not tell you this! You would expect to be able to buy as many as you want for subsequent validation, but nope! I am waiting for a refund from DPO. Don't use this app to buy tickets!!!

So many problems, but this morning I bought a 24 hr ticket, my card was charged, I was emailed a receipt, but no ticket appeared in the app! I had to buy another to make it work. It stole my money.
