My level 3 just says "coming soon" is this only on my phone or had level 3 not been created yet?

Could be better if the PLAYER WHO DOWNLOADED THE GAME CAN PLAY THE GAME ON THERE OWN AND MAKE THERE OWN CHOICES..this game doesn't work like that .

It's okay so far but when I exit the game it starts all over again I have to upgrade everything again
