SMOOV Mobility App
The SMOOV Mobility App enables you to find a lot of information and functions which help to make your life easier. Additionally the app offers upgrade functions (chargeable) to make your SMOOV experience more personal.

Cockpit:
- Displays battery status and driving data
- Variety of four driving modes

Tour:
- Recording travelled tour
- Tour data via GPS
- etc.

Diagnosis:
- Detailed error messages with guidance

Upgrade functions (chargeable):
- Speed from 6km/h to 10km/h*

Ratings and reviews

Just ok, I don't really see the benefit of the app beyond tracking your battery level and miles used. You can adjust the max speed and how quick your speed builds with the dial. I thought you could have preset speeds where you just tap and go, but you can't. The add-ons are too expensive and confusing. I paid for the performance add on $42 because it said you can adjust the speed no matter the wheel angle so I thought that meant you could move even if the wheel wasn't turned but not so.

The smoov O10 has a premium look and feel to it, the app also has a premium look to it. The navigation feature has been discontinued as of right now. There's 2 features you can purchase the auto speed and performance which i haven't purchase or tried yet. The app could use an update to control speed currently the max speed per click is first click . 3 mph super slow then 2nd click is.. 9 mph 3rd click 1.6mph you can't adjust the first click to go faster

App is fairly easy to use, HOWEVER the CONTROL BATTERY LEVEL FUNCTION IS TOTALLY UNUSABLE!!!!! It either shows that the battery is at 100% OR at 0%, it DOES NOT give an accurate reading of the battery level during use or after a journey!!! As a result I have been out; using the device and the controller battery has died on me!! I emailed the developers several months ago to report this. I have never even had an acknowledgement let alone a resolution to the issue!!! Maybe they'll replynow!!
