Terrible order execution, confusing withdrawal process and useless customer support. I'll never use it again.

so complicated if you wanna put it into a wallet. better get your crypto directly from an exchange to your wallet not this broker

The app itself seems to be nice (usability,...). But, and this is why I rate with 1 star only, I was trying to get verified for 5 days in a row now. I tried at different times, in the morning, afternoon and evening, and I waited more than 10 minutes, but I never got connected to an agent. In my opinion this is not acceptable! Addendum Dec 22nd: today I was verified after waiting 80!!! minutes...
