Data Source:
The map uses the Freifunk API to obtain a list of communities in Germany. The links to node maps are then read from their API files.
3 types of node maps can then be used to obtain data: Netmon, ffmap and OpenWifiMap. The nodes/routers/access points of the respective community shown there are then included in this map.
The fourth format processed is "nodelist", which makes sense for all communities that do not use any of the 3 map solutions.

Processing:
The data is reprocessed and updated every 60 minutes.
Nodes that are offline for longer are not displayed on the map. If they are known to be offline for less than 3 days, they will be greyed out.

With this update, navigation to the individual nodes has been added.
After selecting a single router, a "Navigate here" link appears, which can start any map app. Google Maps is recommended here.
