Ratings and reviews

Not at all user friendly. Suggests journey which are actually not possible. Offers connections with no indication, until you delve much more deeply, that the stop (haltestelle) has been temporarily moved or is currently unusable. So by the time you have realise this and looked for an alternative you are very delayed and may have to walk a long way by foot. Ergo projected arrival times are unachievable and creating additional challenges to non locals /non natives/ persons with disabilities.

Unfortunately many times "no connection" available when other apps function normally, or "unfortunately no connection found" referring to the transport itself on lines and then the tram or bus comes. Also most canceled or late connections are not displayed us such. If these would work it would be a functional app. Now I have to use the DB App, which is more reliable and accurate. This app is a farce, but also the internet info and station info do not function. GVH & Üstra just don't get it done.

Great that we can select icons for different places. However, it is now not possible to select which routes you would like to receive a push-notification for. It would be great if it was possible to 'show last results' in case internet connection suddenly becomes unavailable, this feature is available in the Rheinbahn app.
