About this app

Enterprise Compliance Management on Mobile Devices!

To comply with guidelines and policies employees need to have access to them. The app myCompliance simplifies the access: Employees can choose if they use their desktop-PC or a mobile device for receiving their individualized guideline information.
Besides receiving their guideline documents, employees can address questions to the compliance management. Former questions and compliance management’s answers are linked to the relevant guideline.

Employees can also receive allocated compliance-tasks and give feedback regarding processing status.

As usual, administration and maintenance of your compliance management can be controlled via web interface. Use the app as an additional information- and communication-option and activate it by the QR code from the users menu.

Prerequisite
This App is designed for enterprise customers using a DOCUMENTS Server V5.0c (August 2017) and otris compliance with Mobile Extension.
