About this app

We offer PBeaKKDirekt as a free service – including landscape format and dark mode. With our app, you can send and receive your documents digitally. This means you save on postage costs when submitting them and you save time, as there's no need to send them by mail in either direction.

We accept your documents 24/7, and you receive confirmations of receipt and forwarding directly in the app. You can send your documents to us via photo, PDF upload, or by scanning barcodes. Notices and other documents from PBeaKK will be delivered to you digitally in the app if you activate your mailbox and enable digital delivery.

Our special app offer is "application-free" reimbursement. This applies to reimbursements requested for the insurance or benefit number registered in the app. You confirm your details again in the app. In this case, only your invoices, receipts, and prescriptions are required for your submission.
If there are any special features in your benefit or assistance application, please send us a signed and fully completed benefit application. Simply click "Application with special features" in the app. You will also receive a forwarding confirmation and a confirmation of receipt in the app. We will then check whether your submitted documents are complete and legible. We will notify you directly in the app about the current status of each submission – in the status overview: forwarding & saved, receipt & review, processing started, or error.

da so genannte Update der App hat zum Verlust des Accounts und aller Daten geführt. alles müsste neu eingerichtet werden.

Erstes Review für mich im PlayStore. Never change a running system. Die ehem. App war um Welten überlegen. In der neuen fehlen Funktionen (downgrade z.B. beim manuellen Anpassen angefertigter Bilder) und die Barrierefreiheit wurde nicht erhöht (Upload von bspw. PDF trotz "Möglichkeit" nicht funktionsfähig). Größtes Manko ist die unterirdische Instabilität, begleitet von ständigen Abstürzen oder Login-Problemen. Btw: ich hab die App auf verschiedenen Android-Handys probiert. Murks.
