Worst app I have ever downloaded. 5 star hotel using this!! Greece doesn't even show up in the main menu. We are in Crete, so how does that work! When you eventually find the hotel with lots of messing about, you can't even see anything to book restaurants as directed by the reps. Even they said the app was in their words... "not user friendly!" I didn't realise they actually meant, NOT USEABLE!! This is so bad, it would put me off booking a Tui holiday again. Shame. Hotel is amazing!

Hard to navigate, wouldn't let us book hotel experiences, kept going in circles, and being taken to buy new holidays, not just info about the holiday we are on. Hotel info is not correct, such as restaurant opening hours, entertainment programme, information on how to work the air conditioning, fan, call buttobs, how to get room fridge filled would be useful . Felt like it was designed to sell us stuff.

Please make sure your are in the navigation point 'Hotel area', which is where you will find your hotels booking options, programme as well as information on how to refill the fridge. I have to give credit where it's due. The Devs are obviously alive to reports of issues and the most recent update on 09/04/24 solved the flickering issue. The app has loads of useful information for the TUI Blue resorts and it's easy to navigate.
