Erste Bank's mobile banking provides you with a range of functionalities designed in accordance with modern technologies, so that they meet all your needs.

With the Erste mBanking application, whether you are a client or not, you can:
- find the nearest branch with the help of navigation and get basic information - contact phone, email address, working hours,
- find the nearest Erste or Multicard ATM,
- contact the bank,
- get information about the current exchange rate list,
- view the product catalog.

Mbanking financial services for Erste Bank clients include:
- detailed overview of current, credit and savings accounts,
- all domestic and foreign currency payments inside and outside Erste Bank,
- buy and sell of foreign currency at a more favorable exchange rate,
- review of credit card accounts and card management (possibility of blocking and unblocking cards, changing daily limits, managing channels of use at ATMs and points of sale)
- balance transfer between accounts (between accounts and authorized accounts of other physical entities in Erste Bank),
- contracting and updating standing orders,
- possibility of payment by scanning and showing the QR code.

The application also allows you to:
- two-way communication with the bank - the possibility of sending and receiving messages from the bank through the Virtual Inbox,
- personal profile management, PIN change and other settings.

Ratings and reviews

Just an awful transition to a new app version. For almost entire day the activation of the app was not possible, which was 6th day in total of not being able to use the app. In first 10 minutes of using the new app, I noticed that all of my saved data (templates and recipients) are deleted. Also, not able to copy/paste account number (or any other information) to a proper field on the payment screen...

This app is bad to the point of me changing this bank after several years. None of the functions that weren't working at the day of launch are working one week later. Transfers and payments require too much data to be manually added, as copy/paste option does not exist anymore. Old app used to paste clipboard data right away. Graph is pointless as it doesn't show date or amount of money you spent. I'm limited to 500 characters, but I'll be sending an email that won't have that limit to Erste.

The app is barely usable: - The launch was horrible, registration codes were not sent in time - The app is much slower and doesn't work a lot of the time - The UX is horrible, much worse then it was. The colors, the buttons. At least add an outline to the buttons when entering the pin to login. - Back button doesn't work when scanning qr code. - Data wasn't migrated! No transaction history, no templates saved. We at least could've been warned about this. - No total balance after a transaction
