HSR Manager offers everything a handball referee needs in one app:

• Phoenix – manage your game orders and wish list for the Phoenix II association management system directly in the app.

• Billing – have your SR bills created directly in the app; all you have to do is enter the game numbers or choose a game order. Distance, compensation and everything else is calculated automatically, including for trailer payments; then simply print out the finished PDF file.

• Rules questions – prepare effectively for the annual rules test; You can train the current rule questions interactively in different query modes: from training (all questions) to a practice test with a time limit.

• Handball rules – look up the handball rules interactively in the app; With HSR Manager you have your digital rulebook with you always and everywhere.

• DHB referee portal – view the DHB referee portal with your personal Phoenix-II access directly in the app.
