Designed with simplicity and sticky fingers in mind, QuickLoaf provides the numbers you want as quick as possible.
The view is split into two simultaneous calculators. The resulting values are calculated using "baker's math", which highlights the ratio of dry to wet components.
The upper section calculates the wet and dry components for a total weight of dough, while the bottom section uses your entered value as just the dry component.
