I don't understand why this app is so bad. Login issues, constant media loading error. No matter how good your data connection is this app will fail you. It has all the permissions needed and my device is plugged into power. I wonder if the app is this bad on iOS? Save yourself the frustration and keep a computer close by if you want to follow the action

App would crash 2/26 when trying the ticket side. Contacted the support team through email and received a response next day and a 2nd response today alerting me to an update to fix the issue. The update fixed an issue on the ticketmaster side and the app now works as intended. I appreciate support for the timely response and fix to the issue as there are a lot of companies that don't stand behind their product. Do the update and contact them if it doesn't help your problem. Thanks

Experience was awful. Cannot get the app to download. App may be new, but definitely not better. I bought 2 season tickets so I could take my grandchildren to games, but I'm in a panic because I don't know if the app will work. I'd rather go back to physical tickets. The Maryland game was completely missing.
