Super glitchy. Installed, uninstalled then installed again just to get phone verification to work, which is required to use this app. Tried to order ahead & add credit card but each time I try to add a credit card I'm advised that I must "activate" the credit card by re-entering it again. Of course it doesn't work. Obnoxious. Only works to scan for points. Boring for an app not to function properly at this point. Food is delicious but app sucks. Two stars for the rewards tracking which works.

Doesn't let me add my card, doesn't let me add another card that is being used in another device connected to another mobile number. Everytime I go back to the order, the time resets. I can't use the map and have to type an address, the Strøget shop wouldn't show up and in Google Maps, this shop is not called Strøget, so it took me a while to figure it out. At least the UI is appealing.

I had a free coffee reward which I ultimately didn't use because the process cost me too much time I was told I had to use click and collect to order the coffee. The app required a cafe location (no obvious way to use gps) so I opened Gmaps to find the address. Then had to select the voucher, then the coffee, then click basket, then click next, then asked me to enter my card credentials (should've asked upon app dl). There is no such bs with Pret or amzn (1 click).
